摘要: Abstract Polarized nuclear spin targets are playing an important role in high energy physics experiments. In many cases they hydrogenous solids, the spins of which almost completely aligned with respect to external magnetic field. seventies, polarized started exciting interest neutron physicists, e.g. at Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL), Grenoble, reason for this being sensitivity amplitude interaction proton their mutual orientation. neutrons ideal probe densities solids. a first experiment ILL, Hayter, Jenkin and White (1974) obtained density distribution unit cell lanthanum magnesium nitrate crystal, because its water content was assumed reflect some properties biological material.
