摘要: The mining industry has experienced increased stakeholder pressure over the last decades, and legitimacy of its place in society is sometimes questioned. On other hand, high corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance can lead to an acceptance, which end may give company license operate. This article focuses on management within system thinking order enhance acceptance for mining. purpose describe a company’s existing practice identify areas improvement using established models achieve efficient effective practice. also how conceptual sustainability (SMS) frameworks be usefully applied and, more specifically, whether concept materiality analysis are useful planning step SMS acceptance. findings show that used framework fits well this context, beneficially ‘systemization demands’ SMS.
