Role of Torsion-Vibration Coupling in the Overtone Spectrum and Vibrationally Mediated Photochemistry of CH3OOH and HOOH.

摘要: The yield of vibrationally excited OH fragments resulting from the mediated photodissociation methyl hydroperoxide (CH3OOH) in vicinity its 2νOH and 3νOH stretching overtones is compared with that excitation molecule to states three quanta CH stretches state two stretch one OOH bend (2νOH + νOOH). We find fragment vibrational distribution depends strongly on CH3OOH prior photodissociation.
