摘要: Abstract RNA sequencing represents a major procedural simplification for nucleotide sequence analysis of transcribed gene. Using newly adapted mRNA and cDNA procedures, we have sequenced 855 nucleotides Kbm9 mRNA, corresponding to the codons aminoterminal 285 amino acids. The inferred DNA gene differs from parental Kb by single alterations in each 116 121, resulting Tyr----Phe Cys----Arg substitutions, respectively. is identical that another independently arising MHC mutant gene, Kbm6.
