摘要: Atrophic chronic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori infection are considered possible causes of iron deficiency anemia, sideropenic anemia is also frequent after subtotal gastrectomy. In this study, thirty-three patients who underwent gastrectomy for primary adenocarcinoma stomach were follow-up at least 3 years, included in analysis. The presence atrophic H. detected by biopsy sampling endoscopy every year surgery. status was evaluated the assay serum ferritin, hemoglobin level. Statistical analysis revealed that associated with lower levels, gastric stump related to ferritin levels; on contrary, no correlation these factors sex, age, malabsorption symptoms stage tumor found. seem play an important role as post anaemia.
