摘要: AbstractThe loss of isoantigens on the surface cells has been correlated with invasion in 89 patients bladder cancer: 73 underwent cystectomy and 16 had stage A tumor were followed. Tumors from these re-examined for presence or absence A, B O (erythrocytic) neoplastic by red cell adherence test. In 97 per cent transitional carcinoma lacking superficial cellular antigens (red negative tumors) there was documented evidence 71 tumors eventually invasion. This high degree correlation between lends credence to usefulness specific test as an important adjunct decision appropriate therapy cancer bladder.
