摘要: The immune system plays a major role in the surveillance against tumors. To avoid attack from system, tumor cells adapt different strategies to escape surveillance. Different approaches of immunotherapy have been developed based on understanding these strategies. Due random process T cell receptor (TCR) rearrangement, autoreactive responding self-antigens are generated during development thymus. autoimmune disease, must be tolerant self-antigens. Immune tolerance can divided into central and peripheral tolerance. Central is imposed thymus, while occurs after exported periphery. Recent studies showed that inducing one used by Since express expressed antigens induced thymus clonal deletion. Another important mechanism involves function regulatory (Tregs). Tregs produced either or periphery, but act particularly target tissue. increased number found cancer patients existence specific-Tregs indicates may suppress
