摘要: In turbulent times, corporate entrepreneurship (CE) and high-performance work systems (HPWSs) are expected to expand flourish. However, research on the influences of both CE HPWSs employees' job attitudes has generally been neglected. The aim this study is twofold. First investigate effects facets satisfaction three components organisational commitment. Second is, consistent with social exchange theory, examine whether psychological contract act as an important mediator for CE, relationships. Empirical evidence was obtained from 424 employees in Greek manufacturing industry.
