Magnetoresistance and Kondo-like behaviour in Co5Cu95 microwires

摘要: Abstract We studied the effect of annealing on structure, transport properties and magnetoresistance Cu95Co95 glass-coated microwires prepared by Taylor-Ulitovsky technique. observed a significant enhancement magnetoresistance, MR, in samples annealed at 400 °C. On other hand low temperature (150–200 °C) allowed stress relaxation elimination texture as-prepared samples, although only slightly affects MR effect. Annealing considerably dependence resistivity. resistivity minimum both associated with Kondo This persists even under magnetic field samples. In sample disappears applied field. Observed therefore must be attributed to structural changes
