摘要: Congenital anomalies are the most common cause for infant mortality in USA, and congenital cardiac type of anomaly. Children with heart disease at increased risk adverse neurologic outcomes from a range causes, both acquired. Neurological injury can result recognized acute. The goal neuromonitoring is to detect neurological events early or even before it occurs minimize prevent injury. This chapter will provide an overview types pathologies associated disease, as well forms available perioperatively postoperatively, aims which maximizing outcomes.
