摘要: Abstract I introduce two mesoscale algorithms, lattice Boltzmann and stochastic rotation dynamics, show how they can be used to investigate the hydrodynamics of complex fluids. For each method describe algorithm, that it solves Navier–Stokes equations, then discuss physical problems where is particularly applicable. examples choose are phase ordering in a binary fluid drop dynamics on chemically patterned surface. consider dilute polymer solutions, concentrating shear thinning translocation across barrier.
