Asbestos in natural and anthropic ophiolitic environments: a case study of geohazards related to the Northern Apennine ophiolites (Eastern Liguria, Italy)

摘要: Asbestos-related environmental issues include: i) the presence of natural outcrops asbestos-bearing rocks, ii) cycle asbestos within matrix- es, and iii) quantitative assessment fibres large volumes rock. The characterisation origin as an exogenous agent, or during anthropogenic activity subsequent dispersal in neighbouring areas, allows definition a “fibre-cycle”, which is overall parallel to hydric cycle.
