摘要: Spontaneous and radiation-induced apoptosis in three lung carcinoma cell lines (U-1285, U-1906 U-1810) with previously characterised intrinsic radiosensitivities (RS) was assessed by TUNEL-staining detection of DNA laddering cleavage poly-(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). detected at a high level the radiosensitive U-1285, an intermediate U- 1906 not radioresistant U-1810 line. Radiation-induced apoptosis, TUNEL asssay, present U-1285 cells but cells. To explain these findings, expression Bcl-2, Bax, c-Myc RB protein mutations p53 gene were analysed.
