摘要: We have investigated the effect of acute immobilization (3 hours) stress on testicular steroidogenesis in adult rat. Immobilization did not alter plasma luteizing hormone (LH) levels, but testosterone (T) levels were reduced by 82%. Plasma corticosterone stressed rats elevated more than ninefold over control levels. After 3 hours stress, progesterone 33%, and 17 alpha-hydroxyprogesterone T 47% 37%, respectively, compared to controls. for had no association or dissociation rate constants LH/human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) receptors interstitial cells specific hCG binding. The alpha-hydroxylase 17,20-lyase was assessed incubating microsomes from animals presence 21[14C]progesterone [3H]17 alpha-hydroxyprogesterone. Vmax values 48%, Km values. These results support hypothesis that disrupts rat via a mechanism is independent changes circulating LH binding characteristics LH/hCG receptors. effects content steroids activities suggest inhibits both 17,20-lyase.
