摘要: Aims A cadmium (Cd)-tolerant Bacillus megaterium strain A14 was used to investigate the effects and mechanisms of bacterial inoculation on peanut growth, Cd accumulation in grains fixation Cd-contaminated soil. Methods results Spectroscopic analysis showed that has many functional groups (-OH, -NH2 -COO et al.) distributed its surface. The pot experiment indicated compared soil alone treatment, with increased shoot root biomass by 59·93 58·31% respectively. decreased 48·14%, while proportion exchangeable from 40 26% inoculated Conclusions Inoculation B. improved plant growth via (i) adsorbing Cd2+ through cell surface, (ii) immobilization extracellular secretions, (iii) scavenging reactive oxygen species production antioxidant enzymes, (iv) reducing phytoavailable regulation transport gene expression. Significance impact study This provided a new sight microbial approach for chemical composition transformation associated food safety production, which pointed out an efficient way improve cultivation.
