摘要: Excellent stability and processability of Controlled-Rheology Polypropylene (CRPP) was mandatory parameters especially for automotive application. Selected organic peroxide which used to control the rheology PP should perform good in physical properties due pre-process compounding The common that widely is 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-tert-butylperoxyhexane (DHBP). However, problems usually encountered are Melt Flow Index (MFI) stability, initial color, odor come from decomposition process. Research Development (RND) team PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical, Tbk (CAP) did study change type 3,6,9-triethyl-3,6,9,-trimethyl-l,4,7-triperoxonane (TETMTPA) intended improve these inferiorities when using DHBP. results indicate better MFT less TETMTPA than This superiority very applicable particularly Detailed analysis about volatile product both indicated CRPP with has lower compound result level
