摘要: Objective To compare the value of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in detecting fetal spine spinal cord dysplasia Methods Thirty women with complicated pregnancies, age from 22 to 41 years, gestation 23 - 38 weeks, were studied MRI within 72 hours after studies revealed 19 cases irregular,7 vertebral canal widened partly 4 anomalies curvature.Autopsy or was conducted when pregnancy terminated.A close follow-up given for continuing 12 months delivery. Results (1)Nineteen irregular ultrasound, the coincidence antenatal sonographic diagnosis 42% (8/19),the 89% (17/19).Seven 0,the 7/7.Four curvature 2/4,the 3/4.(2)By study, one were conformed their diagnosis, eleven completed diagnosis, nine made same as six corrected diagnosis.By study one case hemivertebra, one butterfly vertebra dorsal dermal sinus missed diagnosis.Ultrasond had limits low specificity especially cord. Conclusions can show its lesion intuitively has advantages displaying anomaly cord.MRI is a valuable complement sonography difficult diagnostic accuracy be significantly improved.
