摘要: Abstract Objective: In two studies, the reliability of 3 balance, 2 flexibility, and 4 muscular strength tests proposed as test items were investigated in a health-related fitness (HRF) battery for adults. Design: Methodological study. Setting: A health promotion research institute. subjects: study A, volunteers ( n = 42) from worksites participated. B, population sample 510) 37- to 57-year-old men women was selected. Main Outcome Measures: Intraclass correlation coefficient repeated measures used assess inter-rater reliability. The degree measurement error expressed standard measurement. mean difference with 95% confidence intervals between testing days or trials test-retest trial-to-trial reproducibility. variation (CV [SD/mean] × 100%) day also calculated. Results: following appeared provide acceptable methods field assessment HRF: standing on one leg eyes open side-bending trunk spinal modified push-ups upper body function, jump reach squat function. Conclusions: This provided useful information characteristics potential HRF adults limitations its practical use. Testers must be properly trained ensure reliable
