摘要: An efficient and simple method for removing known, abundant cDNA species from the pool of highly differentiated cells is reported. The involves preparation sscDNA, followed by dscDNA-synthesis led specific primers removal synthesized dscDNA with hydroxyapatite. By using this method, globin cDNAs were reduced to less than 10(-5) their original abundance. results suggest that may facilitate isolation new genes or tissues.
