摘要: A fashionable concept, resilience is now a must in both academic research and management. However, its polysemy nourishes many debates on uses, heuristics operational relevance. The purpose of this article not to bring these close. Starting from cross-disciplinary state the art, we point out incompatibilities between certain meanings uses term. These inconsistencies raise theoretical issues, leading some researchers reject term for that matter, especially those outside cindynics field. analysis concept also brings methodological pitfalls. are evident when attempting translate theory into terms. Resilience indeed seen as promising response recurrent difficulties risk Nevertheless, it solves them only partially produces new ones. Lastly, implementation involves ethical political risks. injunction seems prevail internationally fact implying number moral ideological assumptions which always clearly stated remain serious issues.
