摘要: Abstract Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) are a rare, heterogeneous group of neoplasms infamous for their endocrinopathies. Up to 90% PNETs, however, nonfunctional and frequently detected incidentally on axial imaging during the evaluation vague abdominal symptoms. Surgery remains mainstay therapy patients diagnosed with both functional PNETs. However, multifaceted nature PNETs challenges treatment decision making. In general, resection is recommended acceptable perioperative risk amenable lesions.
