摘要: We describe an Ultra-Wide Band Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) with a variable gain that works in the 4:0 GHz to 4:5 frequency range and is made off-the-shelf discrete components. This LNA has 30 dB noise figure of 2:2 dB. It was initially designed be used UWB testbed for measurement algorithm validation purposes. There already exist several versions but many them are custom integrated chips. give readers all information they need build their own IR-UWB receiver.
