摘要: A partially mechanized apparatus made of quartz (Trace-0-Mat) is described that permits the complete mineralization up to 1 g organic or biological solid samples. The combustion takes place in pure oxygen a very small burning chamber (ca. 75 cm3) subsequently determine metallic and nonmetallic trace elements (1 ng/g) with high reliability. controllable incineration started an IR-radiator system. All volatile (e.g. Hg, Se, Te, As, Sb, I) are condensed together products process cooling system filled liquid nitrogen mounted on top chamber. Subsequent refluxing suitable acid test tube below collects both volatilized from cooled areas nonvolatile ashing residue. volume about 2 ml.
