摘要: Abstract A semi-phenomenological model using the distorted-wave Born approximation method that incorporates K-meson exchange is constructed for p → Λ reaction. This diagram alone reproduces reasonably well all available experimental data over a wide range of energies. mainly due to strong annihilation in distortions both initial and final states. The interaction based on Paris potential. unknown built from potential fit data. In order achieve good fit, 2K-exchange box and, at high momenta, 2π one, were added very short-range force. explicit energy dependence our imaginary potentials found be crucial whole fit. As results similar models rather P-wave contribution near threshold. agreement with spin-correlation measurements done so far, strangeness production realized triplet state. can attributed tensor force kaon exchange. role K∗ briefly discussed.
