摘要: The transport and accumulation of proteins in blood vessel walls is important physiologically may play a role the pathogenesis certain disease states. Plasma osmotic pressure maintained by limiting plasma proteins, chiefly albumin, across capillary wall. Lipoproteins also pass thus carry cholesterol from liver to rest body. Abnormalities lipoprotein uptake extrahepatic tissue, as homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, lead elevated concentrations which result increased incidence atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis itself associated with abnormal arterial Experimental evidence indicates that this derived lipoproteins, particular low-density (LDL), (Zilversmit, 1968; Smith Slater, 1970; Dayton Hashimoto, 1970).
