摘要: The interaction of polymers with physiological environment on the cell level is discussed. A model polymer system an easily variable structure has been suggested for a detailed study these interactions, and enzyme-controlled degradation in first place. Water-soluble copolymers N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide containing oligopeptidic sequences both side chains crosslinks connecting two synthetic were synthesized. relationship between such their degradability by chymotrypsin, trypsin, papain, isolated intracellular enzymes, cultures vivo was examined. possibility using information thus obtained tailor-made preparation polymeric carriers able to transfer bound drug into specific cells
