摘要: Infections by the protozoan parasite Toxoplasma gondii are widely prevalent worldwide in animals and humans. This paper reviews life cycle; structure of tachyzoites, bradyzoites, oocysts, sporocysts, sporozoites enteroepithelial stages T. gondii; mode penetration gondii. The review provides a detailed account biology tissue cysts bradyzoites including vivo vitro development, methods separation from host tissue, cyst rupture, relapse. mechanism stage conversion to tachyzoites is also discussed.
