摘要: From April 24 to May 11, 1981, an outbreak of approximately 200 cases Campylobacter jejuni enteritis occurred in Arizona persons who drank one brand unpasteurized milk. Two cohort studies showed that households with members raw milk reported diarrheal illness significantly more frequently than those which no (P=.003 and P=.001; relative risk 4.70 3.85, respectively). Of 19 serotyped C organisms isolated from the implicated dairy, 18 were a single serotype.C was not detected or filters cultured week after outbreak, but fecal excretion multiple serotypes higher dairy herd produced (48 percent) control herds (16 percent).
