摘要: ABSTRACT Objective : The purpose of this study is to compare anti-thrombotic activities 4 Rhubarb species.Methods has been used as medical and edible resources worldwide for the therapy cancer, constipation inflammation, etc. To among species within rhubarb, we investigated compared inhibitory properties water extracts from R. palmatum(RPE), officinale(ROE), nobile(RNE), franzenbachii(RFE) on fibrinolysis, blood coagulation platelet aggregation. APTT PT, time, were measured by apparatus auto analysis that called ACL-7000. measurement fibrinolysis was compares with width clear zone melted fibrin plate. aggregation w inhibition rate aggregation.Results We found out best rhubarb showing signifi cant fibrinolytic, anti-coagulant anti-platelet activity. Our results show Rheum nobile (RNE) most effective activity tested rhubarb.Conclusions This study, therefore, RNE will be able development drug which thrombosis treatment.Key Words Anti-Thrombotic; Platelet Aggregation; palmatum; officinale; nobile; franzenbachii
