摘要: Abstract In a previously study, type 1 ribosome inactivating protein (PD-L4) and wheat subtilisin/chymotrypsin inhibitor (WSCI) were engineered into chimeric (PD-L4UWSCI) that presented in addition to the same properties of both domains an intriguing selective cytotoxic action on murine tumor cells. This finding supported idea protection C-terminal region PD-L4 could amplify its by virtue greater resistance proteases. Several authors indeed revealed cytotoxicity RIPs depends not only intracellular routing, but also intrinsic proteolysis. this regard present work we have produced variant protein, named PD-L4UWSCI tr , changing inhibitory specificity WSCI domain. The purpose approach was check if altered depending protease domain or different fold whole protein. Data collected supposedly indicate contributes exclusively from structural point view.
