摘要: The click reaction paradigm is focused on the development and implementation of reactions that are simple to perform while being robust providing exquisite control its products. Arguably most prolific powerful these reactions, copper-catalysed alkyne-azide (CuAAC) highly efficient ubiquitous in an ever increasing number synthetic methodologies applications, including bioconjugation, labelling, surface functionalization, dendrimer synthesis, polymer synthesis modification. Unfortunately, as Cu(I) catalyst typically generated by chemical reduction Cu(II) Cu(I), or added a salt, temporal spatial CuAAC not readily achieved. Here, we demonstrate catalysis via photochemical affording comprehensive using standard photolithographic techniques. Results reveal diverse capability this technique small molecule patterned material fabrication
