摘要: This article examines the strong interest in scholarship of teaching that has developed since Ernest Boyer introduced idea 1990. Although there are many benefits to be realized from a greater emphasis on higher education, and learning (SoTL) “movement” been subjected little critical scrutiny. work, however, proposes SoTL is inextricably tied entrenchment neo-liberalization education. Marshall’s (1996) notion “busno-power,” an extension Foucault’s thinking governmentality, used demonstrate how may viewed as force shapes both instructors students into “entrepreneurial learners” who conceptualize education primarily for its use value.
