摘要: One hundred patients had bilateral aphakia, primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, and adequate visualization of the vitreous in fellow eye. Of 43 with posterior separation no tear eye, only one (2%) subsequently developed detachment. 40 without eight (20%) later detachment following separation. The remaining 17 or at time initial examination. Thus, if occurs forming tear, risk developing is significantly lowered.
