摘要: Experimental photoluminescence spectra obtained for silicon are compared to predictions made using transmission and reflection data, as well those the action (or induced photo-product) spectrum. Although absorptivity from optical measurements can be used predict much of curve, predicted values may deviate at long wavelengths. The spectrum Si, photosynthesis found in green plants, also spectra. Both techniques yield a reasonable fit experimental spectral distribution chemical potentials voltages consistent with electrical measurements.
