摘要: Chronic low back pain (LBP) is a debilitating condition associated with signs of axial and radiating pain. In humans chronic LBP, opioids are often prescribed varying outcomes multitude side effects. Combination therapies, in which multiple pharmacological agents synergize to ameliorate without similar potentiation adverse reactions, may be useful improving therapeutic outcome these patients. The SPARC-null mouse model due disc degeneration was used assess the effects opioid (morphine) -adrenergic agonist (clonidine) coadministration on measures The results indicate that systemic morphine clonidine, coadministered at fixed dose 100 : 1 (morphine : clonidine), show synergistic interaction reversing addition window for LBP.
