摘要: The ureters are muscular tubes that convey urine from the renal pelvis to bladder. They vary in length 25 30 cm, depending upon height of person and position kidneys. left ureter is usually 1 cm longer than right, size varying with kidney. Both tend be males. Jewett found a study 100 newborn infants only 16 had visible ureteropelvic junctions; 200 adults 14% showed well marked junction [14]. majority individuals funnel-type no clear line demarcation. Ureteral stenosis was most commonly at junction.
