Combined laparoscopic and vaginal surgery for the management of two cases of stage I endometrial cancer.

摘要: Two postmenopausal patients with stage I adenocarcinoma of the endometrium who were managed a combined laparoscopic and vaginal approach are presented. Surgical-pathologic staging was performed laparoscopically, exploration abdomen procurement peritoneal cytology pelvic para-aortic lymph nodes. The adnexa ligated mobilized laparoscopically removed hysterectomy. This offers decreased morbidity to patient yet still obtains same pathologic information surgical goal as traditional transabdominal approach.
