摘要: Abstract Ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic composites is a very interesting joining technique as result good quality joints, short times and the fact that no foreign material, e.g. metal mesh, required at interface in any case. This paper describes one further advantage, ability to relate weld strength process data, namely dissipated power displacement sonotrode, ultrasonic composite parts with flat energy directors. relationship, combined displacement-controlled welding, allows for fast definition optimum parameters which consistently high-strength welded joints.
