摘要: The effects of structural and oxygen site defects on the ferromagnetic phase transition magnetotransport in doped lanthanum manganite films have been examined. Oxygen were introduced through a vacuum annealing process while using ion irradiation. introduction both defect types strongly suppressed Curie temperature Tc increasing peak resistivity, activation energy, magnetoresistance ratio. For leading to similar reductions Tc, lead broader regime smaller MRR than are found for defects. Well above nearly identical resistivity curves. Structural argued primarily affect carrier mobility, hence these data provide clue that mobility is dominating transport properties this regime.
