摘要: This article meditates on the intersection of youth culture and sport under a post-9/11 regime neoliberal capitalism in United States. Focusing diverse sites ranging from Major League Baseball Super Bowl to Nike adidas advertising campaigns embodied representations “Native American” mascots, author draws fore inter/connections, dis/continuities, cultural performances mis/translations ongoing post/modern world, troubling process stability terms such as “race,” “identity,” “culture,” “sexuality.”
