摘要: PURPOSE This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a customized health promotion program (CHPP) on depression, cognitive functioning, and physical elderly women living alone in community. METHODS A randomized comparison pre-and post-test design was used with 62 participants assigned either an intervention (n=32 seven clusters) or control group (n=30 14 areas town. The final sample included 30 who completed CHPP for 10 weeks, 26 participants. participated weekly; they were provided instructions about coping their chronic illnesses, lifestyle modification, risk management, providing emotional support each other, floor-seated exercise, which encouraged do three times week homes. RESULTS Significant differences found depression (U=48.50, p<.001), functioning (U=2.50, left arm flexibility (U=251.50, p=.023), right (U=225.00, p=.007), static balance (U=237.00, p=.012), gait ability (U=190.50, p=.004). However, there no significant bothgrip strength muscle mass between two groups. CONCLUSION findings indicate that overall effective at improving alone, could therefore be considered positive community-dwelling alone.
