摘要: During immune response and T-cell activation, both effector T cells regulatory (Treg) are activated regulated simultaneously by positive negative pathways. CD4+CD25+ Treg play a critical role in tolerance to self antigens as well allografts some transplant settings. Effective immunosuppressive regimens significantly reduced the incidence of acute allograft rejection patients following organ transplantation. However, impact treatment on potential induction has not been determined. In this review we summarize effects reagents order bring attention issue, which may affect choice regimen clinical setting.
