摘要: Abstract Cytokinins (CTKs) are effective in alleviating abiotic stresses on plants, but little information is available regarding the effects of CTKs arsenic (As) accumulation and changes chloroplast ultrastructure plants with different As-accumulating ability. Here a hydroponic experiment was designed to evaluate concentration kinetin (KT, 0–40 mg/L) growth As hyperaccumulator Pteris cretica var. nervosa non-hyperaccumulator ensiformis treated by 5 mg/L arsenate for 14 days. The parameters, accumulation, contents photosynthetic pigments were examined. results showed that KT promoted two significantly increased translocation P. at 5 20 mg/L, respectively. Additionally, chlorophyll carotenoid no significant difference 20 mg/L compared control. Chloroplast integral application. Comparatively, swollen chloroplasts increased, plasmolysis appeared, grana slice layers stroma lamellas clearly separated or distorted ensiformis. length width addition However, decreased their change. Furthermore, deterioration ameliorated 40 mg/L KT. These suggested beneficial maintain good plants. Therefore, could reorganize integrality As-stressed some extent especially high concentration.
