摘要: Abstract In the previous chapter we discussed gravity wave observation techniques and methods. These instruments gather raw data that must be processed analyzed for signatures. analyses use a number of statistical methods including band-pass filtering, spectral analyses, wavelet analysis, cross-correlation etc. The spectrum is vast each portion it requires special analysis. purpose these observations to estimate characteristics which include frequency, wavelength, amplitude, phase speed, group velocity, band widths packets. Data are limited by nature observations. Thus, measurements made with surface array microbarometers will not sense waves disturbances length scales less than diameter array. this chapter, describe several analyzing waves.
