摘要: An electro-optical sensor for spectrophotometric clinical examination devices includes a thin, flexible, lightweight, elongated support frame having at least pair of integral mounting bases. Each base is shaped and located to separately receive position structurally independent relatively free-standing components including light source detector. cup-like walls defining sockets predetermined configuration varying diameter correspondingly configured component. attachment device secures each component in nested its respective base. A plurality discrete flexible electrical conductors extends along the frame, conductor being connected shield shields some from ambient sources and/or magnetic noise. softly compliant outer cover disposed over components, shield. The has passing portions overlying components.
