摘要: Background: The dermatological manifestations associated with intestinal diseases are becoming more frequent, especially now when new clinical entities, such as Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS), identified. existence of this entity is still debated. However, many patients diagnosed NCGS that present have skin lesions need appropriate characterization. Methods: We involved 17 affected by non-specific cutaneous who got much better after a gluten free diet. For histopathological and immunopathological evaluation, two samples from each patient their data were collected. Results: median age the enrolled was 36 years 76% them females. On extensor surfaces upper lower limbs in particular, they all presented very itchy morphologically similar to eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis herpetiformis. This similarity also confirmed histologically, but analysis showed prevalence deposits C3 along dermo-epidermal junction microgranular/granular pattern (82%). Conclusions: exact characterization entities Cutaneous an important objective both for diagnostic therapeutic purposes, since these actually benefit GFD (Gluten Free Diet) do not adopt it only fashion.
