摘要: This paper revisits James Jacobs’ interest in prison gangs. We first address criminologists’ neglect of labor corruption, then discuss the street and gangs with which Jacobs was concerned societal responses to them. Subsequent trends efforts control them are reviewed compared recent organized crime efforts. Special attention is given civil gang injunctions (CGIs), most popular remedy for gangs, special problems they create members who return their communities. Research policy this area require that great variety among communities as well be recognized.
