摘要: An advanced display system controller is described for use in automotive vehicles. The has electronic circuitry to allow it be programmed monochrome or color graphics and text on an all-points-addressable device such as a CRT Electro-Luminescent (EL) Flat panel. resolution scan rates may differently depending the type size. vehicle operator controls via reconfigurable switch (RSS), Infrared Touch Panel Mylar Switch Matrix mounted over face of display. In addition, external discrete switches also attached controller. includes master microprocessor slave with preferred partitioning functions communicates other parts two serial data communication links, Random Access bus Poll/Response bus. design this allows characteristics supported changed through hardware software, allowing broad range applications different model automobiles.
