摘要: A method and apparatus for enhancing the optical detection of target portions an object particularly useful in examination biological tissue to distinguish cancerous from non-cancerous tissue. This is accomplished by exposing object, e.g., tissue, first second light sources different spectral contents short, alternating, time periods; detecting received during each utilizing detected periods producing displaying a composite image including enhanced portions, overlayed on object.
