摘要: An all-optical set-reset flip-flop is presented that based on two coupled identical laser diodes. The lasers are so when one of the lases, it quenches lasing in other laser. state determined by which currently lasing. Rate equations used to model flip-flop, and experimentally demonstrated use antireflection-coated diodes free-space optics. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
